P90X Competition Prep

Hey guys!

I know we're all getting pretty jacked up (no pun intended) about starting this P90X competition this upcoming Monday.

Thought I'd share a video that would show the 5 pound member's attitude towards the program.

Let me know which person or persona you'd like to strive for.

I wish I could confidently say I will be one of these guys next week but I think it's more accurate that I will continue to be more like this guy.

Just a heads up pounders, looks like this will be postponed at least a couple days...

No one had burnable DVDs available on Saturday so I couldnt give everyone the disc.

I might try uploading the files to a sharing site (rapidshare / fileserve) that you can download...

Won't get to it tonight though so let's use our "rest day" tomorrow...
